A bold residential project inspired by New York architecture, with unparalleled views and the ambition to become a new symbol of urban living in Brno. We joined the project as a creative studio from the very beginning. We participated in the creation of a strong brand and visual identity that stems from New York aesthetics, architecture, and culture, naturally translating into the design of the building and all communications. In collaboration with the architects, we prepared a production that tells a story of inspiration, craftsmanship, and the functionality of the building's structure. This visual narrative completes the overall character of the Nová Amerika Brno brand, giving the project a clear identity and emotional resonance. The follow-up campaign was built around the creative shorthand 'NA Brno,' playing on the feeling that something extraordinary, thematically powerful, and unparalleled is happening in the city. The communication deliberately emphasizes the FOMO effect, highlighting the project’s exclusivity in both design and content.
