When creating the communication campaign and the identity of the project, we were inspired by the industrial past of the district and the famous Václav Neubert printing house, that was rebuilt into this residential building. Neubert also inspired us when creating the name of the project. While Smíchov artists, actress Eva Josefíková and tattoo artist Igor Mitrenga, became the faces of the campaign. We consider it a success that the apartments of the first phase of the project were sold out within five months of the launch of the campaign.
